Ice, for shaking and serving
6 to 8 mint leaves, lightly muddled, plus several unbruised leaves for garnish
2 ounces local pear nectar (see related recipe)
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
San Pellegrino, for serving
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the mint leaves, pear nectar and lemon juice; shake well. Pour mixture into a glass with ice.
- Top with the San Pellegrino and garnish with a few fresh mint leaves.
